Losing Weight is Hard
Today is the first day of 50 and We start today!! My FASTer Way To Fat Loss Birthday Round!
I don’t feel different, except my fingers are a little more swollen today. This I know is from the extra carbs, sweets, and adult drinks I have had during our vacation week and birthday weekend.
Day 1 Prep week of the FASTer Way To Fat Loss can be scary, overwhelming, exciting, and hard at first. Learning new skills and habits is HARD. I promise it does get easier and it is sustainable for life.
I have been there and I am still working to get my BMI normal. I am still obese, but I am not morbidly obese as when I started. I no longer need high blood pressure meds and I have lowered my pre-diabetes fasting blood glucose.
Harder is ignoring the risk factors you know will come if you do not take that first step to work on losing weight and changing your lifestyle. . Harder is the multiple doctor appointments you will need for the complications that may come with being overweight.
Risk factors you face when being obese vary from bending over to tie your shoes and being able to breathe, to heart disease that can lead to a stroke.
