What is FASTer Way To Fat Loss®?

This is a lifestyle program created by Amanda Tress.  I participated in the FWTFL program. I had such great results and with my passion for health and wellness, I became a certified FASTer Way To Fat Loss Coach. If you join my round I do receive a commission. Results may vary by person. We focus on carb cycling, intermittent fasting, and strength training.  Our program is backed by Athletic and Fitness Associations of America and the National Academy of  Sports Medicine. We are a 7-week online health and fitness program that is facilitated by a certified FWTFL coach. Before beginning any type of exercise or fitness program please have your doctor’s approval.

What does it cost to register for the FASTer Way?

A single 7-week round for a man or woman is $199.

If you join as a couple – women’s program and man’s program, the men’s program is half off.

Do you offer a refund with the FASTer Way?
