Peach Cobbler Oatmeal

Oatmeal can become any flavor you want it to be. The peach cobbler oatmeal was inspired by my apple pie oatmeal. The base for my oatmeal is always the same, it’s the flavors and macros that change. Macros may be more fats, proteins or carbs depending on the day of the week.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of oatmeal

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1 1/2 tsp of chia seeds

  • 1 container drained of sugar free peaches (or you can use fresh peaches cut up. I use an apple for my apple pie oatmeal.)

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/16 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder (my FASTer Way vanilla protein dissolves easily and no chalky taste)

  • Topping: granola optional

Directions:

  • Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, peaches, protein powered, vanilla and spices.

  • Mix well

  • Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours

  • Top with granola and fresh cubed peaches for added texture and flavor

Enjoy! Let me know what your favorite flavor is.
