Greens, Beans & Things

This recipe originated somewhere on Pinterest. I do remember reading about it because the man who posted it said as a bachelor I leave out all the spices and it’s still good. I can not find the original recipe, but, I change them up depending on what I have on hand for spices and how I think it will taste.

I usually never have 2 TBS fresh thyme so I go for the 1 tsp of dry. I add marjoram to a lot of my meals and Ms. Dash Tableblend seasoning. I added fresh garlic and a seasoned blend of frozen veggies.

This is a great meal you can manipulate the carbohydrate if you are practicing low carb or cycling.
